Established in 1895 the Otago Soccer Referees Association is based in the city of Dunedin in New Zealand. Its objectives are primarily to provide referees to officiate at all grades of soccer within the province of Otago and to promote the interests of the sport.
The clubhouse is located at Logan Park at the Caledonian Ground.
The association offers its members, both men and women, the following:
- In-depth coaching and help in understanding and uniformly applying the Laws of the Game.
- Training in the skills of refereeing, including examinations both written and practical to determine a person’s competence to referee.
- Opportunities to travel and advance your referee career to the highest level.
- Social gatherings, social games and friendship.
